Bhatt M.P. & McDowell W.H. (2007), Controls on major solutes within the drainage network of a rapidly weathering tropical watershed, Water Resources Research, 43, W11402. (See attached: Bhatt and McD Icacos source points WRR 2007.pdf). Maya Bhatt has published this paper on stream chemistry and weathering rates within the Icacos from his PhD thesis.

New Publications

P. S. Cranston. A New Species for a Bromeliad Phytotelm-Dwelling Tanytarsus

(Diptera: Chironomidae). Annals of the Entomological Society of America 100(5): 617-622 (2007). This paper is the result of our work on bromeliads. The new species is Tanytarsus bromelicola, a midge, the larvae of which are very frequent in Puerto Rican bromeliads, especially in the dwarf forest.

M. J. Richardson. Records of Coprophilous Fungi from the Lesser Antilles and Puerto Rico. Caribbean Journal of Science (in press). Not an LTER project, but the data would not have been obtained without our visits to the Caribbean on LTER projects.
